NORTHWOODS OFFICE PARK
This 330,000+ square foot Johnston, RI office building repositioning included a complete gut and transformation of an early 1970's brutalist office building into a a modern class A office park designed by Margulies Perruzzi Architects. Our work included installation of 5 2,000 MBH Boilers and over 850 tons of cooling for a mechanical design by AHA Consulting Engineers. We provided tenant fit out of part of the building for Dassault Systems. The project achieved a LEED Gold certification. Dimeo Construction Company was the General Contractor.
RIVERHOUSE GRADUATE APARTMENTS
Peregrine worked closely with Shawmut Design & Construction for this 153,000 square foot brand new seven story apartment building in the Jewelry District of Providence. The 174 unit building utilized water-source heat pumps and a penthouse mechanical room as designed by AHA Consulting Engineers. The view from the cooling tower is fabulous!

Peregrine is proud of providing the full HVAC system for the 260,000 square foot Needham, MA global headquarters for SharkNinja. Peregrine worked for Lee Kennedy Company for this Sasaki Associates designed building with MEP design by SMMA including testing areas, engineering offices and executive suites.
